Method #

STEP # 01 #

Want to Create Quote , navigate to Main Menu –> Accounting & Finance –> Accounting –> Quote.

STEP # 02 #

Click on the Sale Quote button.

STEP # 03 #

Fill the Quote Form and click on the Submit For Approval button.

STEP # 04 #

For Inventory INN , navigate to Main Menu –> Stock Manager –> Stock Management.

Method B #

STEP # 05 #

Open the Stock Management and click on the Import button.

STEP # 06 #

When You Click on the import Button, POP UP opens, then you fill the Drop Down Sections and click on the fill Button

STEP # 07 #

Then You can see here your auto record expense were created, if you want to cancel Quote. there is an option to void your quote, By clicking on void Button.
