Is there any restrictions available where while creating a voucher or receipt, the accounts id can’t change the date to an old date. The date is restricted to the current date.

This prescribed method is no where near what i asked for. I am looking for date restriction, where the user won’t be allow to change the date. Agar aaj entry kar raha hay tou aaj hi ki date hogi. Date change nahin kar paeyga.

For this you said css/js say ho jaeyga. But you replied capabilities.

Dear Customer…

edit capabilities for accounting you can restrict by following steps.

For Specific User

1- Left Menu -> Users->All Users

2- Search The User

3- Click On “Capabilities”

For Roles

1- Left Menu -> Users-> User Role Editor

2- change your desired role from “Select Role and change its capabilities:”

Capabilities Restrict

1- Make sure you have a check on, “

2- Uncheck create and publish accounting roles i.e: Erp ac create expenses voucher or Erp ac publish expenses voucher

 

Please Note:

  • This will not allows you to create or publish any expense or related capability etc
  • Make sure core account role should not be your primary role , change primary role to employee or create any new duplicate role.
  • Or other options is, you can create a new capability for edit accounting and provide us from role editor page, we will restrict edit page with the capability only

let me know the details on this, can it be done on accounts officer role, where the user is only allowed to create entries and view them. and cannot edit them.
