Dear Ms. Ambreen,
I have reviewed your concern.
Your expiry email template uses a shortcode that displays the due date, which is not available for suspended orders. This is why the date was not appearing.
I have explained this in detail in the following video:
https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/48060844?key=7e693ce71b61da294d1d9e5269e6646a
I have updated the shortcodes so that the due date is no longer referred to as an expiry date.
Additionally, I have applied the expiry date shortcode into your expiry reminder email, to display the expected auto-expiry date.
After an order is suspended, sending a due date is not logical. Therefore, the shortcode will now send the expiry date instead.
So please monitor your new reminder email and confirm us.
You can update the email template at any time if you prefer the email content without any date.
Additionally, I have checked your email configuration. The email sending sequence is correctly configured. For example, the new reminder order for sohaib.berkeley@gmail.com sent the correct reminder email.
Note:
As mentioned in the video, you can record videos directly on the Awesome Screenshot website, or install the browser extension for Chrome or Firefox: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/
