Dear Sir, you also need to assign the role that you don’t want to be restricted in the option “Deals Restrict by Roleswise” Just add CRM Manager in it. And CRM Manager will able to see all deals, regardles of who is the owner. And CRM Agent will only see deals assigned to him. See the attached.

Yes Sir by applying “NO” to the “Enable CRM AGENT SEE ALL DEALS” option you can restrict CRM agents to only being able to see deals in which they are assigned. – see the attached image
Simply go to Order Synchronization Setting under CRM menu in left panel or click to this link
By following the steps you have mentioned, the deals hide from CRM Manager
as well.
My requirement is,
1) CRM Agents/ Participant should only be able to view their own deals
2) CRM Manager should be able to view all deals

In order to restrict CRM Agents to not see all deals kindly follow the below-mentioned steps or go to https://impaktt.com/documentation/crm-agent-restriction/
In Menu, search CRM and go to Order configuration under CRM
Scroll down to, the end of the page, option “Enable CRM AGENT SEE ALL DEALS”. Click on “NO”

Can you specify which user is able to see these deals in which he is not assigned? And what role does this user have?

Those users who are not assigned to specific deals, they are able to see
the those deals in pipeline and also move them in the pipeline

The role of CRM agent can only see his own, deals, projects & contacts. The agent role is self-restricted and is only able to see information added by his own user.
